Indonesian Musicians
Indonesian musicians should submit their materials (cd, press kit and covering letter) by late March 2006 if possible, in order to ensure that there is ample time to assess the application.
International Musicians
International applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. However, many programming decisions take place by early April, so it is recommended that packages (including CD, bio, press kit, and complete contact information) reach our office by March 2006.
Please note:
Submissions will not be returned under any circumstances - so PLEASE DON'T send us your only copy. Thanks for your understanding.
All submissions should contain the following:
1. We can only consider those artists that have sent a "PLAYABLE" CD or CDR of their music. We prefer not to download or audition samples from any websites.
2. The CD box must be clearly labeled on spine with cover included.
3. DVD or any video format is not recommended for booking/Auditioning.
4. A brief synopsis of your music (eg. a mix of standards and originals influenced by Thelonious Monk, Sun Ra and Miles Davis) and a press kit, if available.
5. A list of all group members' names and instruments
6. Contact details

Incomplete submissions will not be considered
